This Christmas, Magna Housing brought festive magic to families in Dorchester and Minehead with their annual Santa’s Grotto event. Over the past two weeks, 45 families and 80 excited children entered a winter wonderland, meeting Santa and receiving impressive gifts to make their holiday season even brighter.
A Magical Christmas Experience for Local Families
Every year, Magna Housing hosts a Santa’s Grotto where children can meet Father Christmas and receive not one but two gifts - one to enjoy on the day and another to unwrap on Christmas morning. Thanks to the dedication of Neil Bliss - Magna’s Customer and Community Involvement Officer, the event was extra memorable. Neil worked tirelessly with suppliers to source a fantastic selection of presents, from popular board games to remote-controlled cars, ensuring each child received a gift suited to their age.
To help bring even more joy to the occasion, Ecosafe proudly donated £500, contributing to the cost of gifts, wrapping, and refreshments. This support helped create an inclusive and heartwarming event where every child could experience the magic of Christmas.
